Kanch Creation is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

DOMESTIC

1. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes such as GST.

2. Orders are dispatched within 8-14 working days unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.

3. Delivery of all orders will be duly made to the address provided by you at the time of placing the order. In case of any modifications, kindly drop us a mail at kanchcreaction@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

4. A tracking number will be provided on the registered email ID. Kindly track the order on your end. If due to any reason the tracking page shows the order as delivered and you have not received the parcel, please inform us within 24 hours and we will look into the matter. Post that, we will not be able to assist further.
